All our suppliers must follow USDA/FDA guidelines, as well as the specialty requirements of the organizations to which they belong (e.g., AABB and AAALAC).

To supplement products from our current colonies, we receive weekly shipments from such top-tier United States-based suppliers as Charles River, Covance Research Products, Harlan Laboratories, Jackson Labs, and Taconic.

Our rodent facilities are located in Pennsylvania. While our naïve monkeys come from all over the world, they are tested and housed domestically prior to collection or shipment of any blood products or tissues.

Moreover, all our processors are ISO 9001-certified, where applicable. And all our biological products are 100% traceable.

In accordance with recent legislation – including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) – the investigator will have assurance that all matrices received from BioChemed Services are properly identified.

In addition, human blood is collected at our commercial donor centers with donor consent, stipulating use for research and manufacturing purposes. All specimens are de-linked and de-identified.

Upon request, BioChemed Services will partner with various clinical healthcare institutions to provide you with products that have Investigational Review Board (IRB) approval and informed consent.
