  1. When I order from BioChemed Services, how long will it take to receive my order?
    Most in-stock items are delivered within 1 – 2 days. Custom orders can take up to 2 weeks. For hard-to-acquire tissues, it can take longer. We will discuss delivery time frames with you at the time of order.

  2. How are materials shipped?
    Most shipments are sent overnight by FedEx or the courier of your choice. Unless specified, most items will be shipped on dry ice. There is a nominal charge to cover the cost of shipping, packaging and refrigerant materials. Whole blood products will be shipped refrigerated, unless requested to ship frozen.

  3. What kinds of payment do you accept?
    You can pay by credit card or electronic wire transfer. We can also invoice you. Our terms are Net 30 days.

  4. How can I place my order?

  5. If I order mouse plasma or rat plasma, what strain will I get?
    Unless you specify a specific strain, the rat plasma will be a combination of Sprague Dawley and Wistar. Mouse plasma will likely be a Swiss variety. All animals are laboratory grade. You can also specify a specific strain. Check the options noted online. Or call us if the biologics you need aren’t listed.

  6. What if the biological matrix I need is not listed on the website?
    As a biological supply house, even if we do not typically carry a product, we will do our best to locate it for you.
