We understand that biological fluids – particularly blood products such as animal plasma, human plasma, animal serum and human serum – require special handling.
For this reason, we ship our biologics on dry ice or refrigerated. Just let us know your requirements. We also understand emergency situations and will work with you to meet your deadlines.
- Within the United States, we typically ship by FedEx or the courier of your choice.
- Shipments to Canada and Europe might incur additional charges for duties and taxes.
- All orders of in-stock items received by 5:00 pm EST are shipped the next business
day. Other items are typically shipped within three business days. Shipping times
for custom orders will be discussed when the order is placed. Terms – Net 30 days
